Is Delkor actually worth the extra money over local brands?

So I'm in that annoying position where my battery is showing signs of giving up (slow crank in the mornings, interior lights dim when I start the car) and I need to make a decision in the next few days. My mechanic recommended Delkor and said they handle the heat better than most, but they're about 30% more expensive than some of the cheaper brands I'm seeing around. I've been burned before by buying cheap batteries that barely last a year, so I don't mind paying more if it actually means I won't be stranded somewhere in August. The problem is everyone claims their battery is "high quality" so it's hard to know who to trust. I was doing some reading online and ended up on batteryzoneuae.com/delkor which had a decent amount of info about the specs and warranty. Has anyone here actually used Delkor in a German car for two or three summers? Do they really last longer or is it mostly marketing? I drive a 2017 Audi A3 if that matters. Really just want something that won't leave my wife stranded somewhere.
